Avenues World School

Overview

Thanks to our partners at D4i, students can attend the ‘Save the World Challenge’ for FREE.

Do you want to change the world? Do you want to solve the worlds most pressing issues? Want a chance to win $15,000 to build out your ideas? Design for Impact (D4i) & ProtoHack have joined forces to bring your ideas to reality!

We’re inviting 250+ students and educators from all across New York to solve real world problems. This event is a one-day innovation challenge built on a curriculum of design thinking, critical problem solving, and applied creativity. There is no coding or programming required. This is open to all middle and high school students from grades 7 to 12.

You will be using prototyping tools that help you create mockups, wireframes and anything else you think of to visually demo your idea. Participants will work in teams and present their ideas at the end of the day to a panel of investors and expert judges. Prizes include dinner with our keynote speaker and up to $15,000 worth of rewards.
